Main Section Text: The WCPS Media Expo encourages students to use technology to explore, create, and share their ideas and talents. Students can create projects in various categories: Photography: Take and edit pictures with a phone, iPad, or camera. Digital Design: Create digital art, collages, cards, and posters. Video: Make stop-motion animation, live-action videos, iMovies, or Clips. Interactive Media: Develop websites, Keynote presentations, and e-portfolios. Coding: Create original code or video games. CAD: Design 3D digital drawings and models. Podcasts: Record and produce audio content. New Section on AI Projects: A black and white icon of a gear with the text "NEW AI" highlights this section. Description: "Create projects exclusively using AI software, relying 100% on AI technology. No formal judging this year. Will be showcased and celebrated for their experimentation and use of AI in creative endeavors." QR Codes: Two QR codes are displayed: one for submitting projects via an online entry form, and another inviting people to become judges for the event. Project Submission Information: "All projects and online entry forms are due January 10, 2025." Go to "www.wcpsmediaexpo.com" and use your school's entry form link to submit. A note at the bottom says, "See your Media Specialist for more information." Awards Night Section: Event date: March 20th at Snow Hill High School. Schedule: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Gallery and Interactive Showcase Open. 6:00 pm: Elementary Awards Ceremony. 7:00 pm: Secondary Awards Ceremony.

Presentations from SU and WCHD learning sessions on vaping, alcohol, healthy eating and mental health. Proud of all of our SADD students and advisors!
