Snow Hill High School celebrated the hardwork of Advanced Placement students and teachers by holding an AP Picnic on May 27. Students participated in fun events such as Simon "Sez," Bean Bag Toss, Water Balloon Toss, and a Three-legged Race. Trophies were awarded to the top three teams in each event.

"Advanced Placement courses provide high school students with rigor equal to the college level," said Snow Hill High School Principal Thomas Davis. "It is important to recognize students who challenge themselves. In fact, it is our goal that all students earn some form of post-secondary credit while they're in high school. The picnic is our way of thanking students and their teachers for stepping up to the plate."
