Stephen Decatur Middle School Students in Trevor Hill’s 7th grade Gateway class are building robots as part of their Automation Through Programming project.

Pictured: Jeremy Loppnow is constructing a bridge that has to turn 90 degrees to let boats pass by. Sahara Finney, Kendahl Parsons, and Bri Schwendeman are building a car that has to follow a pre-designed path once programmed.
